The After-School Enrichment program aims to  decrease dropout rates and improve academic performance of East African youth aged 6-21 from low-to-moderate income families in greater Boston, while supporting their emotional health and giving them the cultural competencies they need to succeed in public school and in college by 2020.

The program is supplemented during the summer break through the academy. Targeting all students in general education, students from t1st – 8th grade enjoy a multitude of practical experiences while gaining academic necessities over the course of five weeks.
